Another incredible Unified Communication event hosted in the USA, Contact Centre Week USA, or CCW is the most popular conference and expo available for customer care and contact centre professionals.

Hosted at the Mirage hotel in Las Vegas, CCW will also be welcoming legendary NBA basketball star Earvin Magic Johnson for 2019.

8. Microsoft Inspire: July 14th to 18th 2019

This year, the Microsoft Inspire partner event will be running between the 14th and 18th of July in Las Vegas, Nevada, giving Microsoft innovators a chance to collaborate with attendees from over 130 countries.

6. Customer Contact Centre Week: 7th to 10th of October 2019

The European version of the Customer Contact Centre Week runs this year in Amsterdam, between the 7th and 10th of October. This year the CCW brand celebrates 20 years of building the global contact centre community.

In fact, the 2019 event marks the third time that CCW has visited Europe. CCW thus promises industry insights and countless opportunities to create new partnerships and collaborations.

5. Google Cloud Next: October 2019

The Google Cloud Next event is one of the biggest communication conferences in the world. This year, the initial American event happened in San Francisco between the 9th and the 11th of April. If you didn’t have a chance to visit that one, don’t panic.

The London event at the ExCel centre is also set to appear sometime in October this year, although an official date hasn’t been announced yet. 3. IP Expo Europe: 9th to 10th of October 2019
